Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 3-7 business days from ship date. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays. Express Shipping is limited to the contiguous United States.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

We are shipping our products via USPS, and UPS/FedEX. 

International Shipping Customs Taxes and Fees

All applicable customs tax and fees are paid by the customer, we are not able to cover the charges. Additonal shipping fees may apply for all International orders after checkout .

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Once your order has shipped, the fee cannot be refunded. 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Return Policy

Any returns or order issues need to be completed within 30 days of the original order date, that was placed. Return shipping fee is to be paid by the customer. Some Electric items (such as Fuel Pumps) and Carburetor's are NON-returnable, a 10% restocking fee for larger items returned will apply, also some parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds are subject to a credit card processing fee imposed by the issuing bank. Refunds may take 5-10 business day to appear on the customer's issuing bank account . ALL items are required to be returned in the original packaging and unused/condition. Improper installation of the parts we provided which has caused damage to them, we are NOT responsible for and are unable to accpet returns/refunds as such. Note: If in any case Windshield/Glass arrive with issues, it is required to report it immediately. Do NOT Install the Windshield/Glass (it automatically voids the Warranty return eligibility). We are NOT resposnible for incorrect parts ordered, please verify your chassis/VIN number before ordering each part, Mini Truck USA is also NOT responsible for any stolen packages from your property or while in transit with the carrier. We are NOT responsible for any incorrect shipping address provided to us, including ALL return shipping fees are paid by the customer. In addition, the original shipping fee CANNOT be refunded.(No Exceptions). No Returns/Refunds or Exchanges to Canada, (No Exceptions).
